Refunds are provided for the following reasons only:

- Undelivered Items
- Items Damaged In Transit

Store Credits are provided for the following reasons only: 

- Item(s) Ordered Do Not Fit
- Item(s) Ordered unwanted/disliked

Once a refund is processed, it may take up to 5-10 business days to show up in your account.

In the event that you provide an INCORRECT ADDRESS and the item is returned OR if the address if correct but the item is returned for another reason, you will NOT be refunded the cost you paid for shipping. 

If your refund is for an order that has not yet shipped, you will be refunded for the cost of the products ordered PLUS the cost of shipping.
